New to this site. I'm doing the Tracy Anderson matt workout DVD plus walking my dog ... can't seem to calculate the calories burned during the dvd?

Yes, the calories burned are VERY close to logging it as aerobics!0

you're talking about her mat dvd from 2008 right? I burn a little over 300 so sounds about right to go by the website above.0

I am doing the Tracy Anderson mat exercises as well and looked online to find the answer you asked. The number I found from someone wearing a pedometer device was around 284 for the hour long mat exercises.0
