Fit it into your calories and enjoy it. Better to have one piece and go a little over or exercise more than to deprive yourself and eat the whole cake later when you cave.0

Angel food cake is not that bad at all. I mix frozen light cool whip with crushed pineapple and put it over the cake like icing. REALLY good and pretty dang good for you too!0

Please read my blog post. I had cake today... but I didn't blow it! Yet, I have lost 35 pounds and plan on losing a lot more. If there is a world without cake or chocolate, I don't want to live in it.0

NEVER EVER eat an entire sugar free angel food cake even if it fits into your calories ....... I wish I'd have seen that little warning label on it before I did that ....... wow0

Have a small slice. Its better to indulge than to go overboard on it. Take a walk to give yourself some extra calories.0

Have some and then put the rest of the cake in the freezer. Take a 30 minute fast walk tonight and you'll probably burn a lot of it off!0

I have cake often, just gotta make some modifications, either to how you eat (portion) or the way it's made(sugars, flours, etc..)0

It has carrots, raisins and nuts and uses applesauce instead of butter. A healthier version of cake would be delicious plus not make you feel too guilty.0 -

Me too. I do strawberries and blueberries with a squeeze of lime and tablespoon of sugarfree tourani vanilla syrup. Top over the cool whip... YUM. Now i want that. Damn.0 -

Cake is my absolute favorite thing. I LOVE it. When I go to a birthday party or some other place that has cake, I work out extra that day and enjoy. It gives me a feeling of control and it really is such a treat for me.0

I love lemon cake...so I will make a lemon cake using diet 7up and I use non fat cream cheese to make the icing...its yummy and less than 200 calories. I also use the non fat cream cheese to make cheesecake. After 5 months of dieting Ive come to realize that I can still lose weight and enjoy the things I like, I just have to subsitute here and there.0
