I used to prefer death over singing in front of people but now I love karaoke! What is your favorite song to belt out for an audience?

    I think my favourite karaoke experiance was when I sang "I Want You To Want Me" by Cheap Trick. I dedicated it to my wife and when I started she came running to the stage, screaming, sliding on her knees with the BIC lighter out waving it in the air... hilarious!

    I always do "Time is Running Out" by Muse and "Glorybox" by Portishead.

    But for hilarity, it's all about "Bust a Move" by Young MC.

    I can get any joint going singing Road House Blues by The Doors.

    I always enjoy seeing More Than A Feeling by Boston on a karaoke song list. What 2nd grade girl are they expecting to show up at a bar to hit those notes?

    ^ Yes, but sometimes people are strangely adamant about everyone singing at least one song.
    I do the man's part to Human League's "Don't you want me" - lolz!

    I've only karaoked once, whilst drunk and forced into doing so. I did "Tubthumping" by Chumbawamba. I actually remember it, and it surprisingly wasn't THAT painful to do :laugh:
