Petite Women: What's Your Wrist Size?

One measure of frame size is the size of the wrist. Mine is 5 5/8". I have a small frame and am 5'2". Standard guidelines about weight range and caloric consumption often do not apply to me.

I measured right across my two wrist bones, which of course I can see quite easily.

    I'm borderline petite at 5'5... I'm short-waisted so petite tops tend to fit me better than regular misses tops. My wrist is 5.75 inches.

    I am 5' 3"........my wrist is about 6.25

    I rarely wear petite sizes, as the cut seems "off" for my body type.

    I'm 5.5 ; my wrist is 5.5 inches. I eat plenty of calories and still lose weight. I just look less skinny at lower weights than someone of the same height with a bigger frame.

    5'2 3/4 and mine is 5.75. I have a medium frame. My arms are where the fat goes to hide. :):ohwell:

    5'3" and my wrist is just a fraction under 6", so I'm kind of in between small and medium. I think the cut-off for small is 6".

    It's a measure that's often cited. Just goes to show that nothing is accurate all the time.
