    The Stevia was actually to replace 3 tbsn of sugar that the recipe actually called for. It really didn't taste overly sweet though.
    Yum! :) Sounds great! Except for the stevia... Not into sweet curries personally : /

    Chicken coconut curry is one of our new favorites. I add veggies to mine as well; zucchini, yellow squash, onions, sometimes even as handful of spinach. Yummy
