Hi everyone,

I am new here and have really started to enjoy my work outs 3 times per week and need ot start tracking food. My BF is 23%, and my goal is 18%. I am 128 and no idea what my goal weight should be, but I am happy around 117. I want to focus less on the scale and more on building muscle and leaning out my pear shape body.

Can someone please look at goals and let me know if my calories will support my goals? I do Boot camp twice per week and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on 1 to 2 other days.

Thanks,

Renata

Look at the formula for body fat on this site, since you know what you want your percentage to be, and what it is now... looks like you have a good goal based on that.

Bootcamp classes are brutal. Good for you for doing those! :)

Hey, I live in Burlington, just noticed that you are from Milton! What is your height? I am 5ft 7-8 and I feel best between 120-125. I am at 130 right now.

Today is literally my first day using MFP .... so do I eat only 1200 calories every day? And when I log exercise, the site will add more calories that I can eat?

I am 5'2 in heght and feel best at 115-117.

I don't think the site will do the subtraction for you in the food diary, but in the summary on your home page it will tell you whether you've met your goal or are over/under etc and I think this summary will include exercise subtractions.

I grew up in Burlington :)
