I am a 33 year old male, I weigh 165 pounds, am 5'8". I weigh the same as I did at 17 now.
but that doesn't tell much.

I can run further than that 17 year old
do more bodyweight exercises, like pullups, chinups
I am more flexible than him.
and generally just healthier and much stronger.


I basically gained a few pounds a year for over 15 years.

I realized today that it only took a few MONTHS of dedication to burn it all off.
