    Looking good! Your pictures just inspired me to go and do the exercise I've been putting off all day.

    Congratulations on a great transformation in progress! And also a huge well done for being brave enough to share it with us all. It's only really when you look at what you were before compared to now that even the biggest disbelievers are convinced of what a great job they're doing.

    You have such a pretty face, and it is more obvious as you are losing weight - your features are showing through more and more. You'll go from pretty to stunning in no time as your features show more and more. Keep smiling, gorgeous lady, and well done.

    What we are able to see, the RADIANT smile, is just a hint at
    what is going on inside. As pound after pound leaves, it is
    replaced by more and more strength. There's no denying that
    there will be challenges ahead, but as you've made it this far,
