New here from KS! Trying to stay motivated

Hello everyone!
I am new to this website for about a week now and I love it! I find that it is easier than I thought to keep track of my food intake, now all I need to work on is PORTION CONTROL!
Since my college days I have lost around 40 pounds and more recently have lost and gained the same 5 pounds over and over again. I get frustrated at the loss and gain of these last 10 pounds that I have been trying to lose for a year now, so hopefully this site will help! I am starting to run more and have recently completed a 5K and soon I will complete a 10K (hopefully without walking) :wink: So...if there is anyone on here that wants to offer a word of advice on training for long distance running, I am all ears! OH!! Anyone tried p90X??? and saw results?

    I'm in Kansas too.

    This site has helped accelerate my weight loss... helps keep me focused.

    I plan on running my first 5K in December. I've never been a runner, but I have banged the weights from time to time.
