30 day shed

what should i put the 20 mins of the 30 shed with jillian micheals as on my exercise in jornal

    Put it under Circuit Training :)

    Either circuit training or each seperate part 'push ups - 2 mins' 'sit ups 3 mins' 'weight training - 5 mins' etc
    i doesnt show you burn a lot, but thats because most of it is wieght training
    but overall its a great way to work out
