Oatmeal Protein Bake

2 cups Kroger old-fashioned oatmeal (dry)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 scoop of 1st Step vanilla whey protein
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 cups almond milk
2 egg whites
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with PAM Cooking Spray
In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, whey protein, milk and eggs. sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Bake for 35 – 45 minutes, until the mixture is bubbling vigorously and the edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Slice up and serve.
1 square contains 100 calories 8 g protein 11g carbs 2g fat 65mg sodium 4g sugar

um, the square one??? I don't know the measurements, because its at home, but I would use the same size for the whole recipe, since mine turned out thin. I would prefer it to be thicker.0 -

Okay, I can't use whey protein, and have to use gluten free oats, but this looks delicious!0

Try Dymatize ISO 100...I am lactose intolerant and this is awesome stuff! Muscle Milk also makes lactose free...0
