It actually took me 40 days because I took a week off due to an ankle injury. In total I lost about 3lbs (well my scale says 8 lbs but i'm pretty sure 5 lbs was water weight from binge eating). My before picture is in underwear because I didn't know that you're supposed to take pictures in sportswear...I hope no one minds and it doesn't get removed!

    wow what a difference... did you keep to a strict diet too? how many cals a day? i did 30ds and rin30 and never got results like that :( you look great!

    I wasn't too strict with my diet. I generally ate 1300-1600 cals per day depending on how I felt. I eat a lot of fresh veggies/fruits/oatmeal/protein generally. I also ran 3 miles once a week. :)

    I agree- it's not a massive difference but I can tell that my stomach is a lot more toned because of where my belly button is sitting and I can see the start of a 'V'. Small changes are the healthiest!
