to be honest it would depend what your aim/goal is

Can't really see your arms and a back pic would help too, but those are just the areas I tend to notice first.

You look great, but the most important thing is are you at your goal and satisfied or do you think you want to push yourself further. What's the motive behind the goal?

Yeah if you decided you were done with changes, I don't think anyone would blame you. Well done!

honestly, your perfect. i love lean but strong and cut. for me i think going bigger will be the wrong direction. but thats just my preference. it depends on what YOU want to look like.

If you want skin cancer and wrinkles go for it!

I think you look really good at the moment, but it's really up to you. Do you FEEL good? Are you okay with what you see in the mirror? This is definitely a personal choice thing.

Ever heard of a spray tan????

Shouldn't you be answering that for yourself? Put on the amount of muscle that you want and like, not what everybody else thinks you should look like. Personal preference and goals.

It's pretty much just maintenance now- I was a fat 90kg a while back, but I shed about 10kg and then put on about 5kg muscle. I'm pretty happy with my progress- I'm running further than I ever thought I would, lifting way more than I ever imagined I'd get to, and am feeling great because of it. I just figure that I've got to a point now where I can start to work on more specific things (ie get super lean or bulk up etc) so I was wondering what others thought. Or should I just continue to do weights sessions and running like I have been??

Yes, but I believe spray tans perpetuate the notion that in order to look or be healthy and youthful you must be tan.

I always see myself as kind of fat, even though the measurements/ stats say I'm definitely not!! I always think I could look better, but I'm not too sure that not being satisfied and wanting more is a good or bad thing?!?

You look great but its your body your decision. Only you know what you want to look like.

It's really up to you. I would suggest some more fitness goals if you need something to work towards.

You look great. Congratulations on your progress sofar!

Is that going to make me lean or build muscle.....................?!? A person doesn't have to have the stereotypical 'beach body' to be healthy and fit do they?!?!

You mentioned definition and a tan makes you look more defined. Getting more defined doesnt necesessarily mean fit and healthy either fyi.

I think you look great....But at the end of the day how do you feel...and what look do you want...
  • You look perfect to me. =) I like cut and lean, not super muscled, not that you don't have plenty of muscle. I would try the tricky part of figuring out maintenance. Glad to hear you fee so good.
