Oatmeal Protein Bake

Options
2 cups Kroger old-fashioned oatmeal (dry)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 scoop of 1st Step vanilla whey protein
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 cups almond milk
2 egg whites

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with PAM Cooking Spray

In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, whey protein, milk and eggs. sprinkle top with cinnamon.

Bake for 35 – 45 minutes, until the mixture is bubbling vigorously and the edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Slice up and serve.


1 square contains 100 calories 8 g protein 11g carbs 2g fat 65mg sodium 4g sugar

    I did a half recipe, so mine came out really thin. I did 4 squares from this batch.

    um, the square one??? I don't know the measurements, because its at home, but I would use the same size for the whole recipe, since mine turned out thin. I would prefer it to be thicker.

    Try Dymatize ISO 100...I am lactose intolerant and this is awesome stuff! Muscle Milk also makes lactose free... :wink:
