So far, on my healthy lifestyle journey I’ve lost 5lbs! Well for the past 2 weeks I’ve been noticing that the scale has not moved…uh oh 0_0. I’ve tried the whole “pig out one day, go back healthy the next day” trick….but that didn’t work. I did change my workout and I change my calorie goal, so I guess patience is the key. I’ve rather be maintain than gaining. But the real question is; why the heck did I stop losing weight after dropping 5lbs….10lbs I understand, but 5lbs I don’t understand.

It is hard to say without a peek at your diary.

Are you getting enough fiber & water?
Is it approaching that time of the month?
Are you portioning correctly & logging accurately?
    Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you eating the right kind of calories?
    Are you eating ENOUGH?

Two weeks isn't a very long time. You might try measuring yourself right now, and then again in a few weeks.
  • Yes to all of those questions execept the one about getting enough sleep....I'm lucky if I get 5hrs....

If you are working out in addition to eating healthier then you may be building muscle. I would focus more on measurements than what the scale is saying. I was stuck at -6 lbs for a couple weeks, but I had a loss of 1 inch around my waist and hips.
  • I've taken meaurements and im still the same

    15lbs

Once you get down to the last little bit, it's going to go slower. Make sure your MFP is set to .5lbs/week, and that you really are eating enough. Without being able to see your diary, it's tough to say for sure.

I only track once a week because at the beginning of the week I plan what I'm going to eat everyday.

You don't have much to lose. It will come off slowly.

Two weeks isn't enough time. Try not to worry too much about the scale. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will come off! Patience!
