    Some things that work for me are -

    - Log my food before I eat it (not after!)
    - Find an exercise that I enjoy that fits my daily routine (for me that is running)
    - Strive to eat clean (non processed foods)
    - Don't weigh in often, make my lifestyle choices focused more on healthy consistent routines not only on weight loss
    - Be happy! Live life! Don't make sacrifices that stop me from enjoying the life I am living.
