I have a series of "getting pumped" songs on my iPod for use when I'm on my way into the gym or doing my pre-workout stretching or warmups.

I could use a few more. What are your "getting pumped" songs?

if you are ok with screamo/heavy rock with a few soft melodies in between i personally love (the whole cd,but more specifically) the songs "bones" "bought the ticket, took the ride" and "the high life" from the band "in fear and faith" very good for me while running because the shifts in style of music gives you short breaks to slow down for a few seconds then run with heavy music again. not for everyone though ;) also the band memphis may fire is good for the same reason

I usually go with either very hardcore rap or Metallica/Mudvayne/Iron Maiden/etc. I'll look into them. Thanks!
