I thought happily married for 18 years.
Just found out my husband has been having an affair with a co worker in Afghanistan. And reading all the married and unhappy status posts, he has no reason to be unhappy. Sex, I'm down for damn near anything, I cook, I clean, I've raised our kids well, I homeschool them, I send him lovey dovey handmade cards and care packages constantly. I support and admire and encourage and appreciate him and tell him so constantly. I'm such a nice freaking person that I even felt bad for his mistress when I confronted her via email and she ended up defending me to him. A hole.

It's keeping my calorie count way low...but this isn't how I wanted to do it, at all.0 -

i am somewhere between single and loving it and single and looking, more of a "if it happens i'm ready for it" type of thing but not desperate where i need to seek it out. yeah that about sums it up for me

Separated, a little complicated as far as pending finality (shared health benefits), but at least it's amicable. She has her life, I have mine, we share joint custody of the kids (two adorable little Dachshunds).0
