Hi Everyone,

I'm considering joining my local Nuffield Gym but I wanted to get some real peoples reviews first. The website is limited so they can get you there in person for the hard sell but what are they actually like once you've signed on the line? Any good?

Cheers

Gx

Back in 09-10 I was living in London for quite some time for work and joined the Nuffield Health and Fitness Center on Cannon Street because it was close to my office and apartment. The hours were great, the facilities extremely clean and has what a lot of other gyms don't offer - a pool, an on-site doctor, boxing ring, etc. Some of the weight lifting equipment was kind of disappointing but I am also a tough customer when it comes to that portion. Cardio and other machines were always kept in good working order and towels provided were clean and always available. I never used any of the personal trainers The front-desk staff was a bit snotty and I let the site manager know. Go get a free pass and check it out. It was good for my needs and justified the somewhat higher membership price. I joined Fitness First in Singapore and used the branch in Delhi. Thought that in terms of a gym it was a bit week to me so Nuffield is superior. Hope this was helpful.
