Back to it, need my mojo back

Decided I will try and achieve one of my goals I made to myself last week, only way it be achieved is motivation and strength. Go down a dress size be nice. Looked at slimming clubs but hopefully I be able to find support on here and save some money, which can go towards smaller trousers?

Anyway had my last lot of naughty treats tonight and have set in my mind Monday morning healthy eating begins. Saturday I can treat myself as a reward for being good.

    Hi! Feel free to add me. I've been here two weeks now and finding my diary such an eye opener and makes me really think twice about what I want to eat. I hope you find the same - looks like you've made a good start! :)

    Hi there,
    Monday is my 'splurge day' every week. It's the only day of the week I have off
    with my husband.
    On Monday, I still log everythign but I eat and drink whatever I want.

    The rest of the week, I'm very strick with myself and stick to my 1200 daily (plus
    exercise cals).

    Since being on here, I've consistantl lost 1lbs a week (26 of 86 gone). I'm going
    for the slowly but surely way.
