hi I'm Robyn iv been on here a couple of months now, iv got lots of female friends but very few male friends. Would be nice to have some male friends to mix it up a bit

    Hi I just joined, my name is ed. I am looking forward to getting back into shape. It might be helpful to share experiences with other people trying to do the same.

    Its amazing to me how easy it is to gain weight.

    Any way looking forward to changing bad habits into good ones.

    Robyn, did you join the on line community and if so do you like it?

    I find the community on here amazing, it makes weigt loss and exercise a lot more pleasant. Before I joined mfp I just kept falling off the wagon and couldnt lose much weight. But now iv got people spurring me on. Its great
