Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for rice pudding.
I have a love of it but can't seem to find a recipe for it and would be grateful to anyone who could help me out.

    http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1742,158165-238206,00.html has a pretty good one. Can't remember how many calories it was.

    You can go to nutritiondata.org and type the recipe ingredients into the pantry and then calculate the total for the recipe. It is a challenge at first..if you are not used to the site, but easy after that. I print the info and tape it next to the recipe in my book for future reference.

    I try to stay away from processed foods and this really helps keep the cals in line when I do not have any info abvailable.

    I love rice puddding too
