No you are not alone; when you work-out you are releasing endorphins and testosterone. Our bodies’ floods with these chemicals that make use subconsciously want to thrive and fight. Part of thriving is reproduction.

Well usually when I'm at the gym I'm not looking at everyone else or I'll start talking to people and not get in a good workout. So I try to stay focused and bust my *kitten*.

What about going to the gym turns you on? Or is it just what happens when you workout.

It's hard to read that and not wonder if your saying you want to do that for your guy or is it your version of your own self pleasure?

    Had to ask.

After a workout. After a shower. After dinner. After work. After sleep. After breathing. After lunch.

    Okay... serious reply.

Exercise releases endorphins. I'm no biologist, but I'm assuming that the presence of endorphines increases dopamine in the brain, and could potentially generate arousal.

IDK... maybe some science majors can back up my theory or shoot it down?
