exercising more-no weight loss or inches lost???

I was losing weight and inches before I started adding an exercise routine. Now that I am exercising regularly I haven't lost a pound or an inch. I am eating back the calories, sometimes a little more or a little less. I'm not sure if I should increase my exercise or cut back. Does this happen to anyone else or can anyone tell me why this happens?

What kind of exercise have you added in? You may be overestimating how many calories you are burning through exercising and therefore eating too much.
Invest in a HRM, usually machines and MFP is a good 100-200+ calories off with exercise.
If you opened your diary it would be easier to help0 -
It is hard to say since I am unable to see your diary.0

the exercise has been walking, C25K and some hiking i did over the weekend. I will open my diary so you can see it.0

You may not be eating enough calories. Your body will hoard its fat if you're starving it.0
