My before and during..

2 months ago I changed my lifestyle and now I eat purely primal and paleo. More paleo I guess, but I do take a cheat day. I have 3 little kids and we like to go out to eat or have ice cream or make cookies ;) I started doing the p90x classic strengthening workouts 6 weeks ago and I do them 3 times a week (not the same ones, like this week i'm doing chest/back on Monday, shoulders/arms on Wednesday and legs/back on Friday) and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I do a little cardio, jogging behind my kids while they ride bikes pushing the stroller with the baby, half of one of the cardio p90x videos, swimming) I think after Memorial day weekend I'm going to try a free crossfit class. But I'm intimidated lol!

My before weight was 128, I'm 112 now. I don't plan on losing anymore weight and yes I'm still in a healthy weight limit.

    Great job! You can definitely see a difference! I've heard good things about Paleo and may try some aspects of it soon :)
