Thank you! I feel like I can see it on my upper body SO much faster... but my butt and thighs take longer! Im doing SO SO many lunges and squats to work on it but it alllll comes down to body fat percentage right?

Allllllll of your comments are SOOO ENCOURAGING! Doing this ” the right way” is such a difficult, slow and patience testing challenge and it means so much to hear that ANY DIFFERENCE at all is visible! I think sometimes the less we have to lose, the harder it can be to stay motivated to do it...and your kind comments are more motivating than you know! Thank you so much!0
