Almost 1/2 way to my goal, once I get there, I'll see how much more I want to lose, but I wanted to start with an obtainable goal.
Lately I've been getting discouraged b/c I have been at the same weight for a month, same measurements as well. So to refocus, I was looking at some before pictures and can notice a difference.
My only exercise right now is walking a couple miles a day and running after 3 year old twins....I don't have much time for anything else since I work a full time job as well.
I also eat real food, I can't be satisfied on bean sprouts and lettuce :) I'm probably not the healthiest eater, I usually have a frozen meal for lunch. And I'll occasionally have pizza...but I always stay within my calorie goal for the day....

    You are doing great!! What about one of the at home DVDs like the 30-day shred or P90x or something? The 30DS is only $7 on amazon, and it's only 20 minutes long. Being able to do it at home is the best part!!
