Introducing myself.. and a question:)

Hello everyone, nice to be here:) I'm having fun tracking my food and exercise.
My question is..I want to walk 60 minutes a day but I have to do it in sets of 30 minutes...will it still have the same affect..thank you,

    In terms of endurance 1 long walk is better but in terms of weightloss two bursts of shorter activity is actually better than one long one. steph

    Yes it'll be the same. What matters is at the end of the day what you ate . Calories in and calories out
