Lately, Guns & Roses by Lucky Dube. Base line on that song is nice. The top 25 on my ipod is almost all Reggae. There's like two new age songs on there too.

Ever since I started doing Zumba those pop dance jams have started making me want to exercise. Dance Again by J-Lo/ Pitbull, Wild One by Flo-Rida, Turn Me On- David Guetta/Nicki Minaj normally I wouldn't listen to that kind of music but it does get you pumped to "shake it" or run.

When I'm running, these three songs will get me sprinting every time:

Run this Town by JayZ, Kanye, Rhianna
    Shake ya Tailfeather by Nelly
Dog Days are Over by Florence and the Machine

The connection is that they all talk about running as fast as you can or not giving up, I just turn them on at the end of a long run and I'll power through. Any other exercising, I just turn on the Beastie Boys Pandora station and I love almost every song!

    I use mixes from www.rockmyrun.com
I love the old school Michael Jackson mixed with Eminem etc.... plus some of them tell you beats per minute and they'll start off with like 130 and go up, then come back down just like in a work out. warm up, workout, cooldown. They show the length of the mixes as well. Some are 20-30 minutes or up to 75-90 depending on how long your workout is going to be. Good stuff!

    Great website!
