    After 3 weeks of my NWOL I am out of the 200's! I started at 215.8 and weighed in at 199.8 this morning! I havent seen the 100's for many years! It feels so good. My next goal is be in the 180's! HERE I COME!!

      I haven't seen the south side of 200 in 15 years, so hitting this milestone is going to be a REALLY BIG DEAL for me...
