Hi there,
I was wondering about eating too few calories. I always read that you don't lose weight correctly/quickly if you eat too few calories because your body goes into starvation mode, but, since I am just starting out and I have a bunch of weight to lose, does this same rule apply? Can I eat few calories and still lose weight quickly at first?
