Swollen wrists while weight lifting

Hi there,

I've been doing Chalean Extreme for a few weeks and I've noticed that by the end of the workouts, my wrists are swollen. They don't hurt but feel... odd. I can feel that there is more to them than there ought to be. And bending them feels weird.

It only really affects things during pushups.

Am I doing something wrong? Will this just get better? Anyone else have the same issue?

    My wrists do the same thing if I am doing a lot of push-ups or burpees, etc. I started using a push up bar and gloves.. not sure which one of the two helped but it did.. :) They will eventually strengthen for you, but the bars put less stress on them.. Good luck

    Thanks. I'm not sure I can handle more equipment, but it's good to know they will strengthen. I'll look into gloves. :)
