Swollen wrists while weight lifting

Hi there,
I've been doing Chalean Extreme for a few weeks and I've noticed that by the end of the workouts, my wrists are swollen. They don't hurt but feel... odd. I can feel that there is more to them than there ought to be. And bending them feels weird.
It only really affects things during pushups.
Am I doing something wrong? Will this just get better? Anyone else have the same issue?
Thanks!

My wrists do the same thing if I am doing a lot of push-ups or burpees, etc. I started using a push up bar and gloves.. not sure which one of the two helped but it did.. They will eventually strengthen for you, but the bars put less stress on them.. Good luck0

Thanks. I'm not sure I can handle more equipment, but it's good to know they will strengthen. I'll look into gloves.0
