Cleanse Recipes (With food, not chemicals/drugs)

I am back on the bandwagon after a few months off it, and after gaining every ounce back that I lost. Because I am starting today again, I was interested on trying a few day cleanse to get the metabolism in gear. Anybody have any recommendations? I don't want the drug/vitamin type ones, I know there are some you can do with eating certain foods.. Please share if you have any recipes/success. Thanks! :)

    I'm sorry I'm late to this one. I do a cleanse where I eat 1/4 canteloupe four times a day, all the green vegetables you could want, light protein (fish or chicken) and two eggs. Drink 64 ounces of water. No oil, salt, sugar, carbs etc. It always helps. And since this is a two-day cleanse I find it reasonable to do. You can also have popcorn with no butter/salt (but you can use Mrs. Dash).
