what do you cook it in? it says microwave but what type of pan/cup/etc?

I imagine using a small bowl or cup that's microwave safe would be just fine. I clean out and re-use all the little plastic tubs of butter I buy and I've made 3-2-1 cake in those with no problem.0 -
I do this all the time but add protein powder!! It's freaking amazing!!!!!0

Adding toasted pecans will add more calories than you may want. The icing is also not included in the nutrition. I plan to top with a half a graham cracker sheet (30 cal) and maybe two tbsp of reddi whip. (appx 25)

I love it! I have two cans of pumpkin at home wondering how I could use them in a non-fattening way.
Just sweeten it and eat it, hot, cold, or room temp. I also add cinnamon. Mmmmm.0 -
