Hey, I just stared the 30ds dvd and I am trying to figure out if there is any way to track it on MFP other than in the notes section?

i read in some past threads to track it as "circuit training- general". that's what i did when i was doing 30ds.

If you know your calories burned, you can create your own exercise under "My Exercise".

Before getting a HRM...I would log as circuit training...with the HRM...I created my own exercise.

I always use the circuit training function. I've heard some people say that MFP's numbers will reflect a higher calorie burn than if you use a heart rate monitor, so that's something to consider...that said, when I log my calories religiously and use MFP's numbers to log my exercise, it seems to work for me.
