I LOVE STIRFRYS!!!
hahah just thought i would share this achievement. 4 hungry housemates, or this would fed me at least 7 meals. 1200 or so cal for the entire wok-full.. I guess I could put this under the NSV board. haha
This is my first time trying the shiritaki noodles, and they couldn't really tell a difference between them and normal egg noodles
they are men though, and grilled cheese sammiches are a staple here.
its pretty easy, substitute what you want but this was my recipe.
I rinsed the noodles in hot water to get the fishy smell out, then soaked them in teriyaki sauce.
12oz of chicken thighs
24 ox of noodles (3 x 8oz packets- hungry men)
1/4 cup peanuts.
7 large mushrooms
2 capsicums.
5 oz baby carrots
3 stalks of celery
1 cup raw broccolli.
1 can of that pre-chopped asian stir fry veggies. to get all the other yummy goodyness.
Its simple, it takes 10 minutes, it can be reheated and best of all it feeds men... rawwggghhhh
lol
