Hi! I'm McMelie. I've been around since Jan '11. You might have seen me creeping around. LOL.
So, here's the basic info:
*I've lost a total of 70lbs total 50lbs since I started here at MFP.
*I am 5'4"
*I started at 188 lbs and currently sit at 118 lbs
*It took me 11 months of sticking to the MFP guidelines to lose the weight and feel comfortable enough to stop tracking my foods.
*It's now been 6 months since I stopped tracking and haven't gained back a single pound.
*I am still very conscious of what I eat and of making sure I fit exercise into my daily schedule.
*I believe in everything in moderation... nothing is off limits.
*I believe muscle (by volume) weighs more than fat (LOL)
*I have 2 kids, 5 and 2.
*I'm 26
*I do not believe in allowing yourself to eat less than your BMI.
So.... with that all out of the way... here are the pics.

Love your pics. I am 5'3' and also started at 188. I did not believe 118 was possible, thanks for sharing and the gun picture is awesome.0

Honestly you have the similar body I had when I was near your weight, and you do not look 188 in the before pictures! It's amazing to see you at 118 and you don't look sickly. I'm super impress by how you got your body to look so well. I'm really inspire to do what you were doing. Give us some more tips please!:happy:0
