5'3" and 50# overweight

Looking for some help in motivation. Also wondering what other 5'3" people's goal weights are.

    I'm 5'3" and my goal is 130. I'll see how I feel when I get there. I may be happier at 135 or 125.

    I am 5' 2 and 3/4" (MFP says 5'3") and my goal is 140 for now...I don't ever remember being any smaller!

    I am 5'2'' and my goal is 125-130 lbs. Two years ago, I weighed my heaviest at 177 lbs and lost 30 within about 3 months. I know if I did it before, I can do it again! It's all about motivation, diet & exercise!

    I am 5'3 and my starting weight was 180. Current weight is 143. My goal weight is ultimately 130, if I can get there lol

    HI - I'm 5'2" and currently weigh in at 143. I started on MFP in Jan at 167 my highest weight has been 179. Looking to be 135-140 so almost there.

  • I am 5'4" and I have both a long term goal and short term goal. My long term goal is to reach 140. I've got a long way to go so to stay motivated I try to focus on a short term goal each week of losing 2 lbs. Helps me reach goals and be able to reward myself and really keeps me inspired to continue! Good luck with your goal!

    IM 5'2 Goal 140 for right now. taking each day one at a time.

    I'm 5'3.5" currently 141, looking towards 134. That should put me at a lean 17% body fat. I like using body fat to guess a goal weight because it is more realistic. A lot people shoot for numbers smaller than I could achieve because I have a large frame and muscle.

    Can help you figure out a good goal for you if you have an estimate of body fat %.
