Saw this post and did not think it was going to be actual clean, cooked food. I'm gonna give this a shot. I already either cooked chicken breasts a couple times a week. Poached chicken would be perfect for this too, poached equals moist and easy to shred.0

Lovely recipe. I'd add more chicken but it would still be really low cal. Beware of the sodium in soy sauce though, not the best thing to eat if your weighing in the next day! Otherwise great! X0
