LAST 10 STUBBORN POUNDS!

:ohwell: Ok, so I am 10 pounds within my goal weight and am very proud of myself since this is the smallest Ive been since before my pregnancy (my daughter is 2 now). Anyway, I really could use some tips on how to get these last 10 pounds off..I am doing the same thing I have been doing but I just seem to fluctuate in the same area. Any advice helps! THANKS EVERYONE

    Lower your deficit to 250 calories a day. Pick up the intensity of your exercise. If you lift, lift heavy. Be consistent.
