Nope. I cheat on occasion but I still log it. What's the point of logging and then cheating afterward?0

once a week have a few drinks and never log it, but thats a big difference from when I use to have a few drinks like 3 times a week, latley have been having trouble reaching my cal goal0

I have logged stuff after pushing the button but I still log it.0

If I eat after I complete my log, I still enter it.0

agreed. you're only lying to yourself. if you go over it's not like your friends are going to delete you or you'll be punished. so i figure you're only deceiving yourself0 -
I log everything. It would only be hurting myself if I lied.0

knowledge is power. Log it!0

I log it later. But I do not count the one bite of ice cream that my husband is eating.I have not figured out how much a tsp.of it is yet.0

i log everything i eat, even if i go over my goal. i believe it keeps me honest. i also have cheat meals too, twice a week. i usually end up not going very far over my calorie goal though, UNLESS i have a drink or three - which i usually do once a week. by letting myself 'cheat' (but still logging it), it keeps me from denying myself all the time and the resulting binge.0

Nope. If I eat it, I log it, even if I've already pushed the button for the day. I have a memory problem in that if I don't log it, I'll "forget" that I ate it and then I'll wonder why I'm not seeing any progress. Effectively the only one I'd be cheating is me, so I log it.0

I log it, and if it makes me go over I will get back on the treadmill for however long it takes to get me back under calorie goal.0

Usually, but I have some days where I just don't log at all0

Yes I do just about every night but I make sure I don't go over my cals so not sure if you'd consider that "cheating" or not.0

I always log everything I eat. You're only lying to yourself by cheating.0

I try not to cheat0 -
Yes I have cheated and sometimes did not log it. I have started to take more accountability since then and have been logging any nibbles or 'oops' moments. Even if it's just 5 cashews or something like that. :ohwell:0
