Hi everybody. I'm a 22-year-old female, starting weight 130, currently 116, aiming for a toned 18% body fat 105 lbs. I try my best to eat clean, but definitely indulge in processed foods like peanut butter, breads, etc. I would say I have a very typical healthy diet. My diary is public so you can get a feel if it interests you. I spend a ton of time on my phone, fooling around on My Fitness Pal, and I would like more friends so I don't get bored quite so quickly. You can be similar to me or completely different, I am open to a variety of people so I can learn as much as possible about what is working for other people. I also exercise regularly (6x a week) and try to maintain an active lifestyle, but don't always log my exercise calories. I'd like to meet like-minded, active people or even people who just aspire to work out more.
I have a blog at voltearse.tumblr.com with more information about my particular journey. Check it out if you're interested. It hasn't been very long since I decided to make these changes in my life, but I am wholly committed to getting into the best shape of my life before I ship off to Sevilla, Spain for a semester in the fall.

I would also particularly like other college-aged friends that indulge in typical college things, such as particular green substances. I find it does wonders for my appetite when I can't eat anymore and soreness after working out, haha. I'm quite proud of how I have managed to work that habit into my new regimen. In terms of exercise, I love yoga and recently started The New Rules of Lifting for Women.0

Hi there! I am happy to share my diary with you. I am going to tell you that I think you SHOULD log in your calories. Your body will want that fuel. That's my experience! I too work out 6 days a week. Do you do some strength training?0

I do strength training regularly. I started lifting a week ago, but now I'm maintaining muscle by doing yoga because I am on vacation at my boyfriend's house and don't have access to a gym. I'm trying to cut pretty hardcore this week in prep for June and true bikini season so my goal is to eat my BMR + whatever I feel like my body needs to sustain itself given my activity level. I typically add my exercise calories back that I've calculated using a heart rate monitor, but I'm shooting for some serious fat loss this week.0
