    Zombie Run!

    There's one in December here in Austin...

    Anybody do it? How was it??

    So you run from zombies and they get your flags? Are you out if you lose all your flags? Explain please!! Thanks!!!

      They're everywhere Chuck. Me and the Mrs. are signed up for the Pittsburgh Run For Your Lives in September.

      Because this is what it's all been about.

      I'm doing that one! I live in OKC, but am Texas born and bred and LOVE Austin... and The Longhorns! LOL

      Anyway, yes, I am doing that race. Apparently, they can't actually touch you, and you can't touch them, but they will take your life flags. If you can cross the finish line with your life flag, you get a beer or something. It sounds REALLY fun - I can't wait!!

      I did a small local version here!, no flags involved, but they are doing another one in October with flags.. I am looking forward to it! I also plan on doing one of the big 'runforyourlives.com' versions in 2013, by then my son will be old enough to help fend off the zombies!

      It is SO FUN!!!!! They just did one in Norfolk VA, i couldn't go to this one, but several of my friends did. Basically a GIANT game of tag ...... with ZOMBIES!

      You get people who voluntary to be the Zombies, who stalk the Victims - you have to out run them. If they catch you (get you flag, ect) your out.

      Real fun! I am going to the next one they have.

      I'm running for my life in September. From what I understand you have to make it thru with all your flags...if not you become zombie food?? Either way, looks like lots of fun.
