Since everyone else covered this, I just want to say good luck in your first 5K! :drinker:

Spaghetti and right before the race a tablespoon of honey. I run 4 miles a day, trust me you want the honey.

I have no advice to offer, my first 5k isn't until May 28th, but I want to jump on the bandwagon with Lampy and wish you good luck! I'm sure you're going to do a great job!

    I did it!!

I finished the 5K at 26 minutes exactly. Which I think is a good time for a first try.

I started too fast and finshed my first mile at 7:30, so I was struggling near the end. I had to walk a short bit but finished running.

Thanks to everyone for all the advice and encouragement.

Yeah, not bad for a first time. Or a twentieth time. Or any time.

    In other words... GREAT time!!!
