Any Women over 60 who lift weights?

Hi everyone. I turned 61 two weeks ago and while I have been lifting weights as part of my exercise regimen, I recently decided to concentrate much more on serious weight lifting. I noticed that since I've been really working my shoulders and deltoids, people have mentioned how I am starting to look more "cut".
I want to talk with Women out there that are my age or older and are lifting weights. Too many women I know say, "Oh I don't want to bulk up"...Get a clue ladies, we don't have the right hormones to "bulk" up...and unless you are doing supplements as well as steroids..." It Aint Gonna Happen"... So what is your basic regimen? How often do you lift? What type of exercises? How much weight...and any good results...
