Im in college and try to eat as healthy as possible....It is hard to find healthy choices on campus.
I usually make salads but then I see pasta and bread and all those goodies that I give-in to!
On weekends it involves a lot of alcohol and JUNK FOOD. Im in a sorority so its hard not to eat junk food with it laying all over our house and drinking with that causes weight gain.
How can I stay in shape but still party??

It doesn't sound like the sorority is setting you up for success. Maybe you should think about why you feel such a need to "party". Maybe you could try hanging out with others who are focused on other things, better things. I'm sure you have a lot to offer the world. Partying will eventually leave you empty with lots of regrets.
I try to set myself up for success in every way I can. It's hard enough as it is. If I'm tempted by chocolate and I can't stop eating chocolate, I don't hang out at the chocolate store every weekend.
I wish you success. I know the college life can make things difficult. You can do this, but it's up to you to CHOOSE to.
Best of luck,

I stopped drinking and found it much easier to stick with my goals. I drink tea now when I hang out with my friends and we still have a super good time (they still drink, don't really give a crap that I'm not either). Alcohol doesn't make anything more fun, I don't care what other people may think. And really its a matter of do you REALLY want it? If you have a strong will and strong motivation, you will make those goals a priority. If you really want to get in shape and eat healthy because you want to take care of yourself and start a healthy lifestyle, then you will. You may mess up every now and again, but in the end, if you are doing it for the right reasons, you will succeed. The only person who can hold you back is yourself, I have found this out the hard way. If you stop and think about what your true ambitions are and what direction you want to go in and are ready to commit to, you will be able to make good decisions that are in line with those ambitions. If you aren't really ready, or maybe not as committed yet, then just continue to do what you want to do and eventually, your goals may change, but it can't be forced. You have to learn what you really want through your experiences and find out what is best for YOU.0
