Low fat cheese (in moderation).
Low fat Greek yogurt (in moderation).

-
Fat free cheeses, human flesh (in moderation), omelets.
LOL, was I the only one who caught this? Almost woke up my kid I was laughing so hard...
True, but as they don't promote cannibalism on this site (I guess zombies don't need to diet) how would you know the caloriescontent?0 -
An avocado should do it, though it's about 200 for a normal size.0

cottage cheese
greek yogurt
Thank you for saying cottage cheese I totally forgot that I bought that today!! mmm healthy snack! lol0 -
Meat really is the number one here. You say red meat is high in calories but it's also jam packed with protein. Lean cuts of red, pork, chicken, fish... just eat it if it doesn't eat you first0

Egg whites
There are fat-free greek yogurt options... A 170g pot og Total 0% has 18g protein and is only 96cals.0 -
Pork once or twice a week, can be really lean, and tenderloins are easy and yummy..... dash of S+P ... 350 45 minutes....
no bacon sausage or ham. Well trimmed roasts can be good as well.0 -
Protein shakes. Or non-fat plain Greek yogurt (flavor it yourself).. One cup has 130 calories and 23g of protein.0

Nuts are also a great protien source but beware, watch your portion size as they are high in fat.0

edamame (soybeans)0
-
Glass of soy milk has 7g of protein0
-
Pork is not that great for you.0

Almond milk, cottage cheese, string cheese, beans, chicken breast...0

^^ do you like guacamole?
pumpkin seeds are very high in protein.
quinoa, also very high.
chick peas / black beans0 -
A lot of meat replacement products are pretty low-cal and high protein. My favorite is the Lightlife Bologna Style Deli Slices. 4 slices have 70 calories, 0 grams of fat, 0 grams of sugar, and about 13 grams of protein if I remember correctly. Also, ezekiel bread is surprisingly highish (to me) in protein too- 4 grams per slice.
Edamame is pretty good as well. I buy the steamers kind that you can easily heat up in the microwave.. I believe 1/2 a cup is about 100 calories? You can also eat them roasted for a snack, of course0 -
TURKEY..... I add it to almost every salad, wrap etc.0
