I'm 5'5 & aiming for 125lb. I have done it before & I'm hoping to do it again :happy:0 -

5'3 and my GW is 88 lbs. blah blah blah - too skinny, i know what you'll say. but it's up from my old GW of 75lbs and even my most recent GW of 84lbs, so i'm proud of that0

I'm 5'4, shooting for 145-150, from there 130's. Down about 7 lbs now, but hoping that my progress of about 2 lbs a week is a sign that I'm doing it right this time!0

I'm 5"4 and I'm aiming at 9 stone ultimately (125lbs) happy with any downwards movement on scales and measuring tape really lol as I have a looooong way to go. More important then the numbers to me is feeling fit and healthy0

5'3". I started at 172 and am 138 now. My goal was originally 130, but now I'm thinking more 125 because I see I've still got quite a bit of abdominal fat...more than I expected at this point. Some of it is stretched out skin from my twin pregnancy that I can't get rid of, but I can't deny that it is more than just that.0

To live an overall healthier lifestyle. Not to just lose weight, but to be overall healthier, and once that happens, the weight should just fall off !!!
I think a healthy weight for my height/age is anywhere between 120-135, so that's where I would like to be. I don't want to be skinny, I just want to be healthy !0 -
I started at 232....Now I'm at 134 only 2 pounds from losing 100.....but I think I want to go lower. I want to be at 120-1250

I am 5'5 and if I have to have a goal weight it would be about 150. I am more concerned with getting healthier and losing BF. If I weigh 180 and feel good about the shape i am in, I would be thrilled with that! Not about the number for me....took me 20 years to figure that out! LOL!0

5'5" and my goal was 115, got there and still looked soft. I'm back up to 120 and getting more toned. I think a strong 120-125 is my goal.0

I am 5'4 My first big goal is 150 (it will be a bit) then I want to cut to atleast 130 I pray I can do it. I want to be in healthy range so anything under 140 would be GREAT!!0
