The challenge for today is: Just take 30 min out and do what ever you do to relax.
If it's exercise DON'T log it. Just enjoy the time to wind down from the week.

I used to find sitting over a coffee and piece of cake relaxing and not done that in a while now, so might go to Starbucks and try my first frappucino and have a cake of some sort since I have done a lot of cycling this weekend.0

After my gym session I sat outside in the sun for half hour, it was lovely.0
